Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) – Coastal Bend Containers

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the internal application operated by Coastal Bend Containers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This application is a private internal tool developed and maintained by Coastal Bend Containers. It is designed to access and process data from QuickBooks Online and related systems for internal business operations, including reporting, logistics coordination, dispatching, and financial tracking.

This application is not intended for public use or distribution.

Access to this application is restricted to:

• Authorized employees
• Approved contractors
• Affiliated business entities operating under the direction of Coastal Bend Containers

Users may only access and use the application for legitimate business purposes related to company operations.

Users agree not to:

• Access the application without authorization
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the application for personal, competitive, or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application
• Extract or misuse data beyond its intended operational purpose

Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access.

The application retrieves data from third-party systems, including QuickBooks Online.

While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

• Data may not always be complete, current, or error-free
• Users are responsible for verifying critical information before making business decisions
• The Company is not liable for decisions made based on application data

The application is provided on an “as available” basis.

Coastal Bend Containers does not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted operation
• Immediate availability of data
• Freedom from errors or technical issues

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time without notice.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Monitor system usage
• Restrict or revoke access at any time
• Take action against unauthorized or suspicious activity

Unauthorized access or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.

All components of this application, including its structure, workflows, and integrations, are the property of Coastal Bend Containers.

Users are granted limited access solely for internal business use and may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the system without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Coastal Bend Containers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the application
• Data inaccuracies or omissions
• System interruptions or failures

Use of the application is at the user’s own risk.

These Terms may be updated at any time as business operations or system functionality evolves.

Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Access to the application may be suspended or terminated at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized use
• Business or operational decisions

Upon termination, users must immediately cease use of the application.

These Terms apply solely to the internal use of this application within the operations of Coastal Bend Containers and its affiliated entities.

This application is a private internal system and is not intended for public use or distribution.
